RESOLUTION SELLIi+1G CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING TfiE EXECUI'ION OF A DEED
UPON PAYNiEIdT OE' THE CONSIDERATIOld NANIED
'PHEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lynv�ood,
California, as followat
. i�IHEREAS, the City Council oP the City of Lynwood has here-
toPore, on the 29th day of October, 1940, accepted the offer of
Warren P. Scott for the purchase of all oY.the right, title and,
interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying
�Jithin said City; and
F�HEREAS, the property hereinafter described was included
in said purchase and sale agreement; and
l"7HEREAS, said Warren P. Scott has be assignment duly exe-
cuted and the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood sold
and asaigned to 47arren P. 5cott and Terry Koechig Scott, livaband
and wiPe, all rights arising from said agreement pertaining to
the property hereinaPter described; and
PJHEREAS, said V,'arren P. Scott and Terry Koechi� Scott, hus-
bend and v�ife, have exercised the option contained in said. agree-
ment and have requested a conveyance to them of the property here-
inafter described under the terms of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council oP tY?e City of Lynvrood
does hereby resolve; determine and order as follovrs:
Section l. ,That the City of Lynwood ahell convey to the
said Warren P. Scott and Terry Koechig Scott, husband and wife,
sttid property hereina.fter described,.sub,Ject to.conditions, re-
strictiona, reservations and easements of record and sub,ject to
assessments and reassessmenta and bonded liens of record. That the
City chall convey to said purchasers no other or greater title to

" said lands than has been acquired by said City.
Section 2. That upon,payment to the City of L,vnxrood of the
sum of Fifty=seven and 50/100 Dollars (�57.50) the Mayor oP the
City Lynmood is hereby autrorized and directed t� s�execute a
deed of conveyance of certain land hereinafter described, con-
' veying the same as above speeifiea to �arren P. Scott and Terry
Koechig 5cott, husband and wife, on behalf of,the said City.of
' Lynwood, and that the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized .
to attest said deed and to affix the City. seal of the inoorporated
City of Lynarood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the NIayor and City Clerk of said City, on
behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any escrow
agreement necessary to complete the tr�nsfer of said landa.
._ Section 4. That the City Clerk of eaid City is authorized
to fleliver said deed to the grantee•therein named, on behalf of
the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon.condition that the
said consideration shall have been paid to said City. �
Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
