RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTP.TE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECliTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYIVIENT OF THE COIVSIDERATIDN NA�ED
THEREIN. „ .
� Be it resolved by the City Council of the City o° Lynwood,
California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has here-
tofore, on the 29th day of October, 1940, accepted the offer of
["7arren P. Scott for the purchase of all of the right, title and
interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certaln landa lying
within said City; and
Y9HEREAS, the property hereinafter described was included
in said purchase and sale agreement; and
rF'�IEREAS, said 7Jarren P. Scott has by assignment duly exe-
I cuted and filed with the City Cler.k of the City oP Lynwood.sold
and assigned to Security Realty Corporation, Ltd., a corporation,
all rightE arising from said agreement pertaining to the proper-
ty hereinafter described; and
PdHEREAS, said 3ecurity Realty Corporation, Ltd„ a corpora-
tion, has exercised the option contained in said agreement and has
requested a conveyance to it of the property hereinafter deacrib-
ed under the terms of said agreement. .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Councll of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolved, determine and order as Pollows:
Section 1. That the City of L•ynwood ahall convey to the
said Security Realty Corporation, Ltcl., a corpora.tion, said pro-
perty hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions, restrictiona,
reservations and easementa oY record and sub,ject to assessments
and reassessments and bonded liena of record. That the City
shall convey to said purchaser no other or greater title to

said la.nds than has been acquired by said,City. ,
Section 2. Tha.t upon payment to the City of Lynwood of the
sum of Ore Hundred Thirty-two and no/100 Dollara (�132.00) the May-
or of the City of Lyn�ood is hereby authorized and directed to exe-
cute a deed oY conveyance of certain la.nd hereinafter described,
conveying the same ae above speciPied to the Security Realty Cor-
goration, Ltd., a corpora.tion, on behalf of the said City of Lyn-
wood, and that the City Clerk oP said City is,hereby authorized to
attest said. deed and to affix the seal of the incorporated
City of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the"said City of Lynvaood.
Section 3. That the �ayor and City Clerk of said City, on
� behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any escrow
a�reement necessary to complete the '.:transfer oP said landa.
Seetion 4, That the City Clerk oP said City is authorized
to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on behalf of
the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon condition that the
said consideration shall have been paid to said City. _
Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement ie
deacribed as follows, to wit:
Those certain parcels of land.in the City of
