RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYMENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAI�ED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
California, as Pollowa:
NIHEREAS, the City Council oP the City of Lynwood has here- .
tofore, on the 29th day of October, 1940, accepted the offer of
Warren P. Scott for the purchase oP all oP the right, titler•and
interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certain landa lyin�
within sald City; and
WHEREAS, the property hereinaPter deacribed was included
in said purchase and sale agreement; and
!'�EREA3, said Warren P. Scott has by asai�nment duly exe-
-. cuted and filed with the City_Clerk of the City of Lynwood,sold
and assigned to Morco Insvrance Agency, Inc., a corporation,
a11 rights arieing from said agreement pertaining to the proper-
ty hereinafter descrlbed; and
ti9HEREAS, said �orco Insurance Agency, Inc., a corporation,
has exercised the option contained in said agreement and has
requested a conveyance to it of the property hereinafter des-
cribed under the terms of eaid agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
doea hereby resolve; determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to the
said Morco Insurance Agency, Inc., a corporation, said proper-
ty hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions, reatrictions,
reservations and easements of record and sub�ect to assesaments
and reassessments and bonded liens of record. That the City
shall convey to said purchaser no other or greater title to

said lands than has been acquired by. sald City.
- Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood oY the
sum of Two'Hundred Seventy and 50/100 Dollars (�270.50) the Mayor
of the City of Lynarood is hereby authorized and directed to exe-
cute a deed of conveyance"of certain land hereinafter described,
, conveying the same as above specified to the Paiorco Insurance Agen-
. cy, Inc., a corporation, on behalf of the said City of Lynv�ood,
`, and that the Gity Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to at-
test said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated
City of Lynwood thereto, on behalf oP tre sald City of Lynwood,
� Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of 'sai� City, on
behalf of eaid City, are hereby authorized to sign any escrow
, � agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said lands. .
Section 4. TYiat.the City Clerk of said City is authorized
to dellver said deed to the grantee therein na�ed, on behalf of
the said City of Lynwood,_as soon as, or upon condition that.the
_ said consideration ahall haye been paid,to,said. City.
