RESOLUTION OF ^1HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNW00D AUTHORIZING THE �YECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WAIVING VIOLATION OF RESTRICTIONS.
WHEREAS, Safeway 5tores, Inc., of Nevada, a corporation,
has purchased Lots 131 and 132, Tract 2551, in the City oP
Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California., as'shown
on map recorded in Book 24, Pages 78, 29 and 80 of Maps, Re-
cords of said County, and proposes to�construct a store build-
ing thereon; and
WHEREAS, there are certain reatrictions and reservations
affecting said property which render it notusable for the said
purpose; and
1'VHEREAS, there ia no further need for the maintenance or
enPorcement of the restrictiona hereinafter mentioned as they
affect said property.
NOI�, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City,oP Lynwood,
does hereby resolve as follows:
Section l. That the restrictions against the purchase,
sale, or keeping for sale on said property of intoxicating li-
quors; the restriction providing that no live stock or poultry
houses, or any stable or out building shall be established,
maintained or allowed on said premises within fifty (50) feet
from the front line thereof without the written consent of the
vendor; and the restriction providing for a building set back
line oP thirty (30) feet from the front line of said lots be
waived. That the reservation of the excluaive right to enter
said property for the purpose of constructing, inspecting,•oper-
ating and�intaining gas and water pipes and telephone, electric
light and power llnes along the exterior boundaries oP said lots
be waived.

Section 2. That the NIayor and City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized to execute an agreement on behalP of
the City of Lynwood consenting to the violation of said re—.
strictione and waiving the right to declare a reversion of
title by reason of any violatione thereof.
