RESOLUTION N0. 1377
RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTZON OF A DEED
UPON PAYI4iEIQT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAIviED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-�
wood, California, as Yollows:'
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood hae
heretofore, on the 18th day of November , 19� l, accepted
the�offer of Palter W. Stricklen and Dorothy B., husband and wife,
tenants
� as ,Joint � for the purchase of all of the rlght, title
- arid interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands
lying within said Gity; �
NOW, THEREFORE, the CSty Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section l ThaC the Gity oY Lynwood shall convey to
the said Walter W. Stricklen and Dorothy B., husband and vrife,
� tenants
as ,�oint / said property hereinafter deacribed, sub�ect to
conditions, restrictions; reservations and easementa of re-
cord and aub�ect to assessments and reasse�smenta and bonded �
liena of record. That the City shall convey to said pur--
chaser no other or greater title to said landa than has
been acquired by eaid City.
� Section 2e That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum oP One Hundred Seventy-five and 68/100 Dollars
(�175.68) the Mayor of the Ci'ty of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above '
specified to R'alter W. Stricklen and Dorothy B., husband and wife,
tenants
as joint / on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the.City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

Section 3. That the h�iayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any •
_ escrow agreement necee�a.ry to complete the transfer of said

' ized to deliver said deed to the grantee.therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as,. or upon con-
� dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement..is

Those certain parcels of land in the City of
' Lynwood, County of Loa Angeles, State of California,
described as follows: ,

deemed under Section 3818, P. C. as follows: E.
15' (Ex of St) oP Lot 47, Block 18; S. 100' of
Lot 48, B1ocY. 18, in P�?od,�eska Park, as per Book 9,
pages 142 and 143 of Ivlaps, Records of Los Angeles
