RESOLUTION N0. 1380.
RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAZN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYIDiENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAIviED '
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City,of Lyn»
woofl, Calffornia, as followe:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 2nd day of December , 194 1, accepted
the ofPer of Grayson F.eat Control; Ltd., a corpora.tion,
for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Councll of the City of Lyn-
wood doea hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1.. That the City oP Lynwood shall convey to
the sald Grayson Heat Control, Ltd., a corporation,
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
conditlons, restrictions, reservations and eaeementa oP re-
cord and sub�ect to assesamente and reassessments and bonded
liena of record. That the City shall convey to said pur-
chaser no other or greater titZe to said lands than has
been acquired by said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood oP
Che sum of Eight Hundred and no/100 Dollars (�800.00)
the IuIayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specifled to Grayson Heat Control, Ltd., a corporation,
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incoroorated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said C1ty of Lynwood.
� Section 3. That the NiaYor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece�>ary to comule*e the transfer of said
lands.
�. . Section 4. That tne Cit,y Clerl: of.sa.id City is author—
• iZed to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City oi Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con—
di,tion tha.t the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City. '
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
Tnose certain parcels of land in the City of
� LynNrood, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
described as follo�.s:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 5, in Pdodjeska Par$ as per Book
9, pages 142 and 143 of P!Iaps, Records of Los Angeles
County.
