RESOLUTION ACCrPTING OFr'ER OF PACIFIC STATES
SAV"IIQGS AND LOAN COi�4PANY FOR THE REFUNDING
OF BONDS OF ACQUISITIOId AND IP:iPROVE?diEn',T DIS-
�RICTS NOS. 17, 18, 20, 22, 23 z.nd 28, APJD

-VJHEREAS, the Pa_cific States Savin�s and Loan Company has
eubmitted its written offer to sell all the outstanding bonds
� and interest coupons of Acquisition and I�riprovement D:stricts
Nos. 17, l�, 20, 22,•23 and 28, and �Iunicipal Improvement
Dietrict No. 1 oi tne City of Lyn�s�ood (or to e�tablish ,• re-
demption funds for those bonds �hich can not be purchased) in
the refunding of tne indebtedness of said districts in a multi-
ple proceeding und.er the A�seser�ent Bond F.efund.ing Act of 1933,
a.s amended.
NON, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Councll of the
- City of LS�nwood as follows:
Section 1. That the public.interest, convenience and ne-
cessity reouire the acceptance•of the offer of Facific Statee
Sa.vings and Loan Company for the refunding of the bonds of
Acquisition a.nd Improvement Districts Nos. 17, 18, 20, 22, 23 and
28, and Municipal It�provenent Di�trict No. 1 of the City of L,ynvrood.
Section 2. That said offer be and tne sa.me is hereby ac-
cepted.
Section 3. That t:�e T�2ayor and City Clerk by and they are
hereby a.uthorized and directed to execute a contract for the re-
iunding of said 'oonds, for and on behalf of the City of Lynv�ood,
under the terms of said pr000sed offer.
