a xmitten offer to the,City of Lynwood agreeing to purcha.se
fron eaid City.all of tne tax deed,ed land= purchased by said
City in.said proceedings, sub,ject, horvever, to certain condi- ,
tions re�a.r3ing tne pronosed sale price of eaid lands, which
said offer is on file in the office of tY?e City,Clerl� a.nd to
�a�hich reference is mad:e for further pa.rticular�.
NOF1, THEREFO�, be it resolved by the �City Council of the
City of Lynv�iood as fo11o�^�s:
Section 1. That the public interest, convenience �.nd�
necessity require the accerotance of the offer of Pacific States
Savin�s and Loan Company to purchase certa.in tax deeded landa
being acquired. by the City of Lyni�cod under the terms of their
offer on file in the office of the City Clerk.
Section 2. Th2t the said offer.is hereby accepted._
Section 3. That the P:�Iayor and Gity Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized on behalf of the,sa.id City ofLynwood, to enter
into an a�reement for.the sale of sa.id t�x deeded land.s under
�< the terme of said offer. •
