CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2013-47
RECOGNIZING DAVID HALL FOR TEN YEARS
OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF MEDINA
WHEREAS, David Hall has been a valued full time City of Medina employee in the Police
Department of the City since May 27, 2003; and
WHEREAS, David served as a patrol officer for 10 years; and
WHEREAS, David became a field training officer in 2004; and
WHEREAS, David was the field training officer for the last three officers hired; and
WHEREAS, David became our first full time investigator in October of 2007serving three
years in that position; and
WHEREAS, David returned to school and graduated with his Master's Degree in Law
Enforcement Leadership from the University of St. Thomas; and
WHEREAS, David brings professionalism, dependability and a great work ethic to the job
on a daily basis; and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina expresses sincere gratitude for David's continued service
to the Medina community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Medina
acknowledges and thanks David Hall for ten years of service to the community.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Anderson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
