RESOLUTIOid SELLING CERTAIN REAL EST�TE
AND AUTHORIZING.THE EXECUTION OF A.DEED
UPON PAYh4ENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAMED
TI�REIN. ,
Be it resolved by the City Council o£ the City of Lynwood,
CeliYornia, as follovis:
Wf�REAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has here-
tofore, on the 29th day of October, 1°40, accepted the offer of
1']arren P. Scott for the of all of the ri�ht, title and
intereat oP the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lgin�
within said City; and
WI�REAS, the property hereinafter describedvas included
in said purchase and sale agreement; and
WF3EREAS, said Warren P. Scott has bg ossignment duly exe-
cuted and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Lyntivood sold
��' snd assigned to PrIorco Insurance Agency, Inc., a corporation, �
sll rights arising from said agreement pertaining to the propertg
hereinafter described; and
WHEREdS, said Morco Insurance Agency, Inc., a corporation,
has exercised the option contained in said agree�ent and has
requested a conveyance to Edward J. �Nalsh and Elizabeth A. 'Nalsh,
husband and wife, as joint tenants, of the property heroinafter
described under the terms of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lymvood
does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. Thet the City of Lyn�vood shall convey to Edward
J. Walsh and Elizsbeth A. �'lalsh, husband and wife, as joint ten-
ants, said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to condition�y�
restrictiona, reaervations and easements of record and sub�ect to
assessments and reassessments and bonded liens of record. That

the City shall convey to said purchaser no other or �reater
title to said lands than has been acquired by said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of the
sum of TNO Hundred Seventy and 50/100 Dollars (9�270.50) the Mayor
of the City of Lynwood is hereby authorized and directed to exe-
cute a deed of conveyance of certain land hereinafter described,
conveying the same as above specified to Ed�vard J. Walsh and
Elizabeth A. !�Valsh, husband and wife, as �oint tenant's,.onc.be-
half of the said City of Lynwood and that the City Clerk of said
City is hereby authorized to attest said deed and to affix the
City seal of the incorporated City of Lyn�m od thereto, on behalf
of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said-City, on
behalf of said Citg, are hereby authorized to sign any aeerow
agreement necessary to co�plete the transfer of said lands.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is authorized
to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on behalf of
the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon condition that the
said consideration shall havee;been shall have beon paid to said
City. .
Section 5. The property conveyed by thls agreement is
described as follov�s, to wit:
Those certain parcels of land in the City of
Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
described as follovrs: '
Lots47 and 48, Block 10, Mod,jeska Park, as per map
recorded in Sook 9, Pagea 142 and 143 of Maps, Re-
cords of Los Angeles County.
Lot 7, Block D, Tract No. 6?73, as per map recorded
in Book 70, P�ge.15 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles
County.
N. 93' oP Lot 23, Modjeska Acres, as per map record-
ed in"Book.10, Page 33 of NIaps, Records of Los An-
geles County. . - •

Section 6. That Resolution_No. 1369 oP the City o£ Lyn-
wood be and the same is hereby repealed.
