THEREIN,
Be it resolved by the.Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-•
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 6th day of January, 194 2, accepted
the offer of Herman Nesbitt and Edna 8. Nesbitt, husband
_. and wife as �oint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lym^rood in and to certain lands
lying within safd City;
'NOW, 'THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
, Section 1, That the.City of.Lynwood shall convey to
the said Herman Nesbitt and Edna 8. Nesbitt -

conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements oY re»

liens of record« Tha't the City sha11 convey to said pur-

Section 2. That upon payment to the City oP Lynwood of
the aum of Five Hundred Twenty-five and no/100 Dollare
($525.00) the Mayor of the City of Lymvood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter descrlb�,d;� conv.eying}:Eha`i'same as above
specified to Herman Nesbitt and Edna S. Nesbitt
on behal£ of the said .City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to afflx the City seal of the incorporated City

Sectlon 3. That the Iviayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any

lands.
Section 4. That the Cit,y Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed *o the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con-
dition tha.t the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this is
deacribed as follows, to wit:
