CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2013-50
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM
DAVID AND LISA CHOINIERE
WHEREAS, David and Lisa Choiniere have generously offered to donate a podium (the
"Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be used at the City's Hamel Community Building; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to David
and Lisa Choiniere for their generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City accepts the Donation and thanks David and Lisa Choiniere.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Martinson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Pederson, Martinson, Martin, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
