RESOLUTION SELLInG CERTAIN REAL�ESmATE
AND AUTHOR7ZING :HE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON FAY��IEIdT OF THE CONSZDERATION NATuiED
THEREIN.
Be it re'solved by the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn»
wood, California, as Yollows:
WHEREAS, the.City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 6Lh day of _January , 194 2, accepted
the offer of Albert L. Felling and Vera G. Felling
for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lymvood in and to certain lands
lying within said Clty;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynvrood ahall convey to
the said Albert L. Felling and Vera G. Felling
eaid property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
eonditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of re-
cord and aub�ect to assessments and reassessments and bonded
liens of reeord. That the City shall convey to said pur- �
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has I
been acquired by said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-five and no/100 Dollare
(�395.00) the Iviayor oP the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Albert L. Felling and Vera G. Felling
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of sald Glty is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and -to afflx the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood theneto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of aa�d City,
on behalf of said City, are h.ereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece=:a�ry to complete the Lranafer of said
�ande.
Section 4. That the Cit,y Clerk of said City is author—
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con—
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
• Section 5. The.property coveyed by this agreement is
described ae follows, to wlt:
That certain parcel of land in the City of
Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
, described as follows:
N. W. 50 feet of Lot 776, Tract No. 3078 as ehown on
map recorded in Book 31, page 48 oY ndaps, Recorda of
fiaifl county.
