` RESOLUTION S�LLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
� UPON PAYI�IENT �F THE CONSIDERATION NANiED

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City.oP Lyn�
wood, California, as followa: ' • •
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 6th day of Januarv , 194�, accepted
the offer of Victor H. Limber and Ednah A. Limber
for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands
lying within sa�.d City; '
NOW,,.THEREFOR� the Ci,ty Council of the City of Lyn»
wood doea hereby resolve, determine and order'as follows:
Seation l. That the City oi Lynwood shall convey to
•�- the said . Victor H. Limber,-and Ednah A. Limber �
said property hereinafter descrlbed, sub�ect to
conditions, restrSctlona, reservationa and eaaements�of re-
cord attd sub�eet to assessments and reasseaements and bonded I
11ene of renord, That the City sha11 convey to said pur-
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acqulred by sald City.
Section 2. 2hat upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of One Hundred Twenty and 58/100 Dollare (�120.58)
the Ivlayor oP the City of Lynwood i�s hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the�same as above
specified to Victor H, Limber and Ednah A. Limber
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3: That the n�iayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece;.aa•ry to comulete the transfer of said
landa. .
Section 4� That the Cit,y Clerk of sa.id City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein nAmed, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City,
Section,5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
That certain parcel of land in the City of
Lynwood, County of Los Angelee, State ofCalifornia,
, deacribed as follows:
Lot 114, Tract No. 2551 as shown on map recorded Sn
Book 24, pagee 78, 79 and 80 of Maps, Records of the
County of Los Angelee.
Sub�ect to Bond No. 228 issued in refunding Lynwood
Acquisition and Improvement District No. 19, in the
- - principal amount of �185.70, which sASd bond eaid
granteea assume and agree to pay.
APPROVED AND ADOFTED this 6th day of January , 1942 .
