AND aUTHO�T°ING ;HE EXECUTION OF A DEED .

THEREIN. ' .
Be it resolved by the Cit,y Council of the City of�Lyn-
•wood, California, as follows: �
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood.has
heretoPore, on the ,2gth of p�tp}��� , 194 p_,. accepted
the,offer of Warren P. Scott and Terry Koechig Scott, hus-
ea �oint tenanta,
band and wife /for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lym�rood in and to certairi lands
lying within eaid City;
NOW, THEREFORE, .the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section l. That the City of Lynv��ood shall convey to
..,, ,...the.said Warren-P. Seott and-Terry-Koechig Scott, huaband
- as �oint tenante
and wife �eaid property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to
� conditions, restrletions, reservations and easements of re--
', cord and sub�ect to aseessments and reassessments and bonded
liens of record. That the C1ty shall convey to said pur--
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
, � the sum of One Hundred Ninety=four and no/100 Dollars (�194.00)
� the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
' tain land hereinafter descrlbed, conveying the same as abov.e
specified to Warren P.'Scott and Terry Koechig Scott, huaband
�oint tenants,
and wife, asjon behalf of the said City of Lynw�ood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affi.x the City seal. of the incorporated City

Section 3. That the Iviayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece�:�ary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
• Section 4. That the City Clerl;.of said City is author—
ized to deliver sald deed to the grantee therein named, on
� behalf of,the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con—
dition that tHe said consider<�.tion sha11 have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
deacribed as follo�us, to wit:
