THEREINo
� Be it resolved by the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows: �
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 20thday of' Januar,y ,.194 2, accepted
the offer of �larence E. Haines and Marie K. Haines, hasband
as joint tenants
and wife/ for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lym^rood in and to certain lands
lying within.sa.id City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn�
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows: I
Section 1. That the City of Lyn�nood shall convey to I
the said Clarence E. Haines and ffiarie K. Haines, husband .
. , _ � �..__ .: as ,joint tenants
and wi8e / said property hereinafter described, su'b,}ect to
conditions, restrSetions, reservations and easements of re--
, cord and sub�ect to assessments and reassessments and bonded
liens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur-
ehaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
: been acquired by said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
� the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-two and 55/100 Dollars (�Q82.55)
the Iviayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth�
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain.land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Clarence E. Haines and Marie K. Haines, husband
joint tenants
�and wife as/ .on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
' said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the sald City of Lynwood,
Sectlon 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement neceesary to complete the tranafer of said
: lands.
Section 4. That the Cit,y Clerk of said City is author—
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on .
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con—
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said Gity.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as followa, to wit:
Those certain parcels of land in the City of Lyn-
wood, County oP Loa Angeles, State of California,
described as followa:
Lot 521 � in Tract No. 2551, as per Book 24 Pagea 78 to
80 of A�ps Records of Loe Angelea County.
Lot 161; in Tract No. 7572, ae per Book 82 Page 22 of
A4aps Records of Los Angelea County.
Lots 22; 23 1; Lots 15, 20; 21 3; in
Tract No. 7816, as per Book 91 Pagea 20-22 of Mapa
Records of Loe Angeles County.
