A. Nation • for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within said City; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Gity of Lyn� wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows: Section 1. That the Clty of LyniNood shall convey to the said V. A. Nation said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of re-- cord and sub�ect to assessments and reassessments and bonded liens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur� chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by said City. Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of the sum of OnenH�aadTed Fifty-two and 92/100 Dollars ($152.92) the Niayor of the City oP Lynwood is hereby auth- orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer- tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above � ..____..�_. specified to V. A. Nation on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that the City Clerk of said City is hereb,y authorized to attest said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City _ _1_ . of Lynwoo� thereto, on behalf of the said C1ty oP �unWood, Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of sald City, on behalf of said C1ty, are rereby authorized to sign any escrow agreement nece�sa.ry to complete the transfer of said lanfle. Section 4. That the City Clerl: of said City is author- ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on behalf of the sftid City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con- dition that the said consider��.tion ahall have been paid to said City. Section 5.
