RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAY1viENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NANiED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 20 day of �s�uarv , 194�, accepted
the offer of R. P. Almendinger
for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lymvood in and to certain lands
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood doea hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the sald R. P. Almendinger
said property hereinaPter described, sub�ect to
conditiona, reatrictions, reservations and easements of re-
cord and sub�ect to assesamente and reassessments and bonded
liens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur-
chaser no other or greater title to said lande than has
been acquired by said City,
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Twenty-five Dollare (�25.00)
the IuIayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth--
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to R. P. Almendinger
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to afflx the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood Lhereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
- on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece�.aa.•ry to co�ple*e the transfer of said
lands,
Section 4� That the.Cit,y Clerl� of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed *o the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City oY Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
