' Council of the City of
(a) That the hearing upon said Investigation Report was
held on the lOth day�of February, 1942, at the hour o 8:00
o'clock P.h4., at the Council Chamber in the City Hall, in said
City of Lynvrood, and said hearing was fully completed and con-
clud.ed on said date without ad3ournment; ,
(b) That at the time of s�'id hearing the Gity-Clerk oY the
City of Lynwood presented to eaid City Council his Affidavit of
Mailing Notices in the time, form and manner and to the persons
as required by law that eaid Affidavit ia now on Pile in the.
office of said City Clerk; ...;,. .
(c) That at the commencement of said hearing and,before
protesta were coneidered, the Investigation Report above referred
� to (except as to the map,• plat or diagram attached thereto and e
the assessed valuations and'true valuations: of, and assessments
and eatimated assessments upon indiv�dual parcele of land),-was
read and_explained to those asaembled.in,attendance at saSd hear-

Clerk of the City of Lynwood at or before the time fixed for said

sented at or during the progress of said hearing;
