Mayor Man called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:30p.m . in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue , Temple City .
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT : Councilmember-Chavez , Sternquist , Man
ABSENT: Councilmember-Fish , Yu
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook , City Attorney Va il , City Clerk Kuo
Counc ilmember Chavez made a motion to e xcuse Counci lmember Fish and
Counc ilmember Yu . Seconded by Counci lmember Sternquist.
Councilmember Fish ar riv ed to the meeting at 6:40 p.m . and Councilmember Yu arrived
to the meeti ng at 6 :45 p .m.

of Anticipated Litigation . There is no reportable action .

Conference with Labor Negotiator and received an update from the C ity Manager.
City Council gave staff direction . There is no other reportable action .
