RESOLUTION S�LLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHOR7ZING THE EXECUTION Or A DEED
UPON PAYlaiETQT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAIViED
THEREIN,
Be it resolved by the City Council.of the City of Lynw
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Citq of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 17th day of Februar.y , 194�, accepted
the offer of John D. Miller
' for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lynvaood in and to certain lands
lying wlthin said City;,
NOR', THEREFORE, the City Council of the City oP Lyn—
• wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1�. That the C1ty of Lynwood shall convey to
� the said John D. A2111er
t said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
conditions, restrictions, reservatlons and easements of re—
cord and sub�ect to asGessments and reassessments and bonded
liens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur—
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City, �
Section That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Two Hundred Eighty�five and no�100 Dollars
. ($285.00) the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth--
orized and direeted to execute a deed of conveyance of cer--
, tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to John D. Miller
on behalf of the said City of Lynv,�ood, a.nd that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

• Section.3. That the Iuiayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of sald City; are hereby authorized to sign any
" escrow agreement nece�aary to complete the tranefer of said

_ Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon aon-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City,
