RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHO.^,�.ZIIvG �HE EXFCJTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYIuiENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAPriED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City oP Lyn�
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Councll of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 17th day of Februarv, 194�, accepted
the offer of Harry F. and Grace B. Love
for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lyn�vood in and to certain lands
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as followst
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood ahall convey to
the said Harry F. and Grace B. Love
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements oP re--
cord and sub,�ect to assessments and reassessments and bonded
liens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur-
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Two Hundred and no/100 Dolla.rs (�200.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specifled to Harry F. and Grace B. Love
on behalf.of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorizecl to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, �
Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby Authorized to aign any
escrow a�reement nece�aasy to complete the transfer of said
lande.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author—_
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con—
dition that the said consider�.tion ahall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
That certain parcel of land in the Cit� of
Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
described as Pollows:
. Lot 113, in Tract No. 921, as per Book 18 Pagea 106—
•107 of R4aps Records of Los Angeles County,
