. Be it resolved by the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn�
wood, California, as follows;
� VJHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 17th day of Februar.y , 194 2, accepted
the offer of L. A. Evans and Dorothy. Evans, husband and wife, as
, °,�oint tenants for the purchase of all of the right, title . ,
and interest of the City of Lym�rood in and to certain lands
- lying within said City;
NOW� THEREFORE, the City Counoil of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
, Section 1. That. the,Clty of Lyn���ood shall convey to ,
the said L.� A. Evans and Dorothy Evans,'husband and �f�ife, ae �oint

tenants said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to

conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of re- ,
oord and aub�ect to assessments and reasaessments and bonded .
Tiens of reoord� That the City shall convey to said pur�
� chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City.
, Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of.
. the sum of Three Hundred and nof100 Dollars (�300.00)�
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth--
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying.the same as
specified to L. A. Evans and Dorothy Evans, husband and wife,, as
,joint tenants on behalf of the said C1ty of Lynwood., and that
the City Clerk oP said City is hereb,y authorized to attest
� said deed and Co affix the City seal of. the incorporated City

af Lynwood thereto, on behalP,of the.said City of Lynwood: .
Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
• on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece��ary to complete the transfer oP said
lands.
Section 4. Th�t the Gity Clerl� of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition tha.t the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
That certain parcel of land in the City of Lyn-
wood, County of Los Angeles, State of Californis,
described as follows:
Lot 103, in Tract No. 2551, as per Book 24 Pages :,
78-80 of Mapa Records of Los Angeles County.
