Be it resolved by the Git,y Council of the City of Lyn—
wood, California, as followsa .
VfHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 17th day of Februarv �� accepted
the offer of ,Jackson 0. Law,�a married man,
': for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lymarood in and to certain lands �
, lying within said Gity;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn—
' wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as followst
- Section l. That the City of Lyn�nrood shall convey to
the said Jackson 0. La�r, a married man, ,
said property hereinaPter described, sub�ect to
• conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of re—
cord and sub�ect to assessments and reassessments and bonded
liens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur—
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acqulred by said City. �
Section 2. That upon p�yment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Five Hundred and no/100 Dollare (�500.00}
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth�
orized and directed to execute a deed of'conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Jackson 0. Law;s a married man,
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal o£ the incorporated City

_of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of sald City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece��ary to comp�ete the transfer of said
lands. .
: Section 4. That the City Clerlc of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
beh�aZf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said' considera:tion shall have. been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as fo1lo�NS; to wit:
` That certain parcel of land in the City of
Lynwood, 8ounty of Los Angeles, State of California,
described as Yollorvs:
Lot 236, in Tract No. 255I, as per Book 24 Pages
- '78-80 of P�Iaps Records of Los Angeles County.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of FebruarY, 19442.
