RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE REVISION,�,CORREC-
TION, AND MODIr'ICAlION_ OF THE_QSSESSNIENT

WHEREAS, this City Council is conducting a proceeding to
. � refund the of Acquisition and Improvement Dis-
tricts Nos. 17, 18, 20', 22, 23 and 28, and P.4unicipal Improve-
ment District.No. 1 of the City.o.f Lynwood under the multiple
_ distriet refunding provisions of the Assessment Bond Refunding
Act of 1933, as amended; and
�'7I-TEREAS, the hearing on the as�essment (sometines called
reassessment) filed in said �roceeding has'been duly and pro-
� perly continued� b,v` orders duly"entered° on- the°minutes of this
. Council to this time and place; and '

assessment (sometimes called reassessnent) and its diagram and

. WHEREAS, by reason of errors made in the computation of the ,
gross asseesments (sometimes called reassesaments) on certain
parcels hereinaPter described, the amounts of the recpective

ahould be reduced, thus resulting in a reduction in the total
assesements (sometimes called reassessments) filed in said pro-
