RESOLUTION SELLING CERT�IIv REAL ESTATE
AND AUTfiG_t�:�IIvG THE F:Y.FCJ`i'ION OF A DEED

THEREIN>
Be it resol.ved by the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn�
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREA3, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 3rd day of Marrh , 194�, accepted
the offer of nRL'CE R. ALI�AS AND AUGUST ALhdAS, husband and wife
tenants
as joint/ for the purchase of all of the right, title
and interest of the City of Lym�aood in and to certain lands
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFOF�„ the City Council of the City of Lyn—
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as followa:
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said BF�UCE R. ALMAS AND AUGUSTA ALN?AS, husband and ti�ife as
tenants
joint / said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of re--
cord and sub�ect to aseessments and reassessments and bonded
liens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur—
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City,
5ection 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of '" �ix Hundred Dollars (�600.00)
the Niayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth—
orized and directed to execute a deed. of conve,�ance of cer—
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to BRUCE R. ALMAS APiD AUGUSTA ALMAS, husband and wife
tenants
as �oint/ on behalf of the sald City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk oP said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf�oP the said City of Lynwood. _
Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece��ary to comulete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4: That the Cit,y C1erY, of said City is author-
lzed to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon aon�
dition that the said considera.tion shall have been paid to_
said City,
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to witt
That certain parcel of land lying within the City
of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California de-
scribed ss follows:
(Ex�of St) Lot 59�Block 1�; (Ex�of St) Lot
60, �lock 18; (Ex of St) Lot 61, Block_ 18, in
Modjeska Perk, as per Bool� 9, Pages i142-143
