. � WHE;REAS, in the proceeding for the refunding'of
the indebtedness of and Improvement.vistrict
�No, l0 of the City of Lgnwood certain funds contributed
� by propert� owners were to be used for the purpose of .
• ref'undino said indebtedness,and it was understanding
of this City Council that, if necessary, said funds might
be usad for the purchase of refunding bonds of the

-�. WHERB'AS, in order to consu:nmate the refunding
of the indebtsdness of said District, it was necessary that
I ; refunding bonds of said District in the sum two..thousand -.� -

, and on Februar;� 1, 1938, the sum of two thousand two hundred

said funds was' paid to the City of Lynwood as the purchase '
' price of refunding bonds nereinafter desoribed in the sum
of two thousand two hundred sixty-three and ninet� hundredtlzs "
dollars (�2,263.90) par value•pr.incipal,which bonds were'de-
livered to Herbert A. Behnke:

bonds of Acquisition and Improvec� nt Diatrict No. 10 of the

authorized, ratified and confirmed.
