' AC�U`ISITION A1vD I,fiPr2�OVEi��NT DTSTRICT � � ;NO,. 10'TO:-THE CITY `OF LYNPJOOD. � � , : •�NHEREAS, in the refunding of the indebtedness �� of Acquisition and Improvement �istrict No. 10 of the Cit� of L�nwood certain of the refunding bonds were not salable to bond houses or underwriters of street bond , issues, and in order tu consuuunate the refunding it was . necessary for the City of Lynwood to purchase certain of said.bonds; and WHEREAS, it was contemplated by this City Council that the said bonds which were unsalable would b'e'purchased by the City of L�nwood,.and on February 1, 1938, certain , . , _. . _ . _ _ . — - refunding bonds of said 'District were sold and delivered to the Cit� of Lynwood and Heassessment No. 164 was pur- cnased by the City of Lynwood and the purchase price paid was the sum of one thousand aight hundred'eightg-eight and eighty-two hundredths dollars (yp1,888.82) cash; NOW, THER�'FORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows: Section 1.
