CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2013-56
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM THE HAMEL LIONS CLUB
WHEREAS, The Hamel Lions Club has generously offered to donate $1,000.00 (the
"Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to the City's Community Event Fund to pay
for the annual Celebration Day activities; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to the
Hamel Lions Club for their generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota that the City accepts the Donation and thanks the Hamel Lions Club.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Martin
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Pederson, Weir
and the following voted against same: (Absent: Martinson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
