4VHEREAS, this City Council heretofore by reso-
� lution directed the City Engineer of,the City o£ Lynwood
to a dia�ram of the property included within Ac-
quisition and Improvement District No, S.of the City of
Lynrvood, and the Superintendent of Streets of the Qity 'of
Lynwood to make a reassessment for the re£undin� of the

indebtedness of said District'under the provisions- of-the-----
Assessment Bond Reflznding Act of 1933, as amended; and
WHEREAS, said diagram has been prepared and said
reassessment has been made and filed with the Clerk of the

SECTION 1. That 5:00 o'clock P. M., Moy 3, 1938,
is the time,when, and the Council Chambers o£ this City
Council in the City Hall in the City of Lynwood is the place
where, all persons interested in said reassessment will be
' heard"by this City Council. .

SECTION 2. The Clerk of the City of Lynwood,
' who is the Clerk of this City Council, is hereby directed
to give notice of the filing of said reassessment and of
� the time and place when and where a11 persons interested
in said reassessment �vill be heard by bhis City Council,
� and he is directed to post and publish said notice, or
cause the same to be posted and published, as provided in
' the aforesaid Act. Said notice shall be published,by two
(2) insertions:in the Lynwood Press, a weekly.newspaper.of
general circulation'printed and published in the City of
'. Lynwood.
