RESOLU'TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CS'PY OF LYNWOOD,.CALIFORNIA,
- FIXING A TIP� AND PLACE FOR A HEAR-
ING ON THE.REASSESSMENT FILED FOR
� TFIE REFUNDING OF THE INDEBTEDNESS
OF ACQUISITIODT AND IMPROVEI��iENT PIS-
TRICT N0. 25 OF SAID CITY. �
�NHEREAS, this City Council heretofore�by reso-
lution directed the City Engineer of the City of Lynwood
to prepa.re a diagram of the property included with.in Ac-
quisition and Improvement District No. 25 of the City of
Lynwood, and the Superintendent of Streets of the City of
` Lynwood to make a reassessment £or the refunding of the ,
indebtedness of said District under the provisions of.the

WHEREAS, said diagram has been prepared and said
reassessment has been made and filed with the Clerk of the
City of Lynwood., who is also the Clerk of this City Council;
