WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood has considered all of the facts and is fully
informed in the matters:
NO'��, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved.by tha
City Council of the City of'Lynwood, ;California, as fol-
lowsc . ,
•: Sect3on�1. � That the public interest,`conven-
ience, arxl necessity require the refunding of the indebt-
edness o£ Acquisition.and Improvement_District No. 11 of .
the City of Lynwood, California, as set forth in said
' Resolution No. 1063.
Section 2. That no•protests or ob3ections to
such refunding have been filed or.made.
Section 3. That the written consent of the '
�. `owners of more than a majority in area of the lands,in
the District suUject to reassesament in the refundir�
proceedings, consenting to the refunding and reassess-
ment, has been filed, and that this City Council has
acquired.�urisdiction to proeeed with the, refunding of
� the indebtedness of said District under_the proviaions
' of said Act.

entered in full upon the minutes of this City Council.
