. WHEREAS, the hearing of objections and,protests
, to the refunding of the indebtedness of Acquisition and � �

� Improvement Uistrict No. 11 �of 'the`.City: of Lynwood, as
proposed in Resolution No. 1063, has been.duly had arid no`
protests or objections were filed or made; and
WHEREAS, by resolution entered upon the minutes,
this Council has determined that the written consent of the
owners of more than'a majority in area of the lands in the �
District subject to reasaessment to the proposed refunding
`' and reassessment has been filed, and this Council has �ac- '
quired jurisdiction to proceed with such refunding.and
reassessraent• '
NOW, THENEFORE, the City Council of the .City of
Lynwood, California, does hereby resolve', determine and
order as'follo�ros: •
Sectiori 1. That the.public interest, convenience,
and necessit;� require tYie refunding of the indebtednes� of „
' Acquisition and Improvement District No, ll of the City of
Lynwood, and the refunding of such indebtedness under the
Assessment Eond Refunding Act of 1933,-as amended, and the
levy o£ a reassessment therefor, as proposed in said Resolu- _
tion No., 1063, are!hereby ordered. Reference is hereby made
to said Resolution No,', 1063 for'the total amoiznt of the out-
� standin� indebteciness of the District, the amount of prinoipal
of bonds included therein, and the amount of due and unpaid
interest included therein, and for all other particulars.
. � Section 2:. That the total maximum pr.incipal amount • -
for which a reassessment shall be`levied is the,sum of
� � thirty thousan�ci four hundred,dollars,�(�30,400.00).
, Section 3. Tha-t the City Engir�eer of the City of
Lynwood is hereby direoted to prepare�s'diagraar of the.prop-
" erty included-within the District upon which the said re-
' assessment shall be levied, in accordance witYi said act,
and when saicl diagram is completed, the Superintendent of
Streets-of the.City of Lynwood is�hereby directed to and
shall proceed to make the reassessment in accordance with
' the provisions of said act. .
