Utah, for value receiTed,'promises to pay to The First National Bank. of
Moab, or order, the sum of One thousand six hundred and no/100 Dollars
($1,800.00), at The First National Bank of Moab, in Moab, Utah, with
interest at the rate of four per cent (4%) per annum from date hereof
until paid.
Said City further agrees *,pay a reasonable attorneys fee in

This note is issued by the City Council of Moab, Utah, in
conformity to a resolution passed and adopted by said Council on the 3rd
day of February, 1948, And under authority conferred upon said Council by
the protisions of Section 15-8-8, Uah,Code Anrotated, 1943.
