Mayor Pat Howlett; Mayor Pro Tem Steve Sumrall; Trustees: Joyce Burford, Fran Cook and Vesta Shapiro Town Manager Jeff Durbin, Public Works Director Allen Nordin, Finance Manager Nat Havens, Town Planner Catherine Trotter and Town Clerk Molly McCandless Select Board and Staff of the Fraser Sanitation District: Robin Wirsing, Steve Sumrall, Business Manager Alison Naschak and Operations Superintendent Joe Fuqua Mayor Howlett called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and invited Robin Wirsing, FSD Secretary /Treasurer, to conduct the meeting (as the Town Board conducted the previous meeting) in the absence of FSD President Ron Anderson and Vice President Drew Matteson. Town Manager Jeff Durbin reported on his research into establishment of a total service contract, responsibility alignment and staffing structure. FSD Vice President Drew Matteson arrived. After detailed examination, all parties agreed that development of a total service contract should move ahead. Town Manager Durbin will follow -up on this. The Boards agreed to meet at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 4 (prior to the Trustee's regular meeting at 6:30). Trustee Cook moved, and Trustee Burford seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried: 6 -0. Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m. Molly McCandless, Town Clerk
