RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF NJDEP
CONSENT FORM
WHEREAS, GTE is developing a telecom facility within the Borough of Carteret (the
"Borough"); and
WHEREAS, the proposed facility will generate approximately 8,000 gallons per day of
waste water flow thus requiring a treatment works approval ("TWA") from the New Jersey
Department of Environmental Protection ("NJDEP"); and
WHEREAS, in order to obtain said TWA the Borough's consent is necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has reviewed the developer's request for the Borough's
consent and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret that the Mayor and Borough Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute a
statement of consent to permit GTE to obtain a TWA from the NJDEP.
