1�VFIEREAS, Herbert A. Belinke�has presented an
offer to purchase certain refunding bonds of Acquisition
and Improv.ement, Dis,t,rict No..9 in the total par value
principal amount of �2;378:04, at a price of ninety-five
cents for each dollar of the par value .principal of said

bonds, and PJiorrison Bond Company, Ltd. has presented an
offer to,,purchase..certain refizndin� bonds of sai.d Dis-
trict in the total par value principal amount of ,

by said Herbert A. Be�inke�and by said Morrison Bond
Company, Ltd. are attachod to the respective offers; and
WHEREAS, said i�llorrison Bond Company, Ltd. has
heretofore entered into a contract for the purchase of
