vj WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors o£ the County of Los

$, Angeles, State of Californ3a, has heretofore adopted.a resolution
9I determining that the public interest, convenience and necessity
lo ''require the refunding of the indebtedness of Acquisition and
11 Improvement District Number 115 of the County of Los Angelos, and.
12 stating that said Board of SuDervisors proposes to conduct a pro- .
13� ceeding for the refundin� of the indebtedness of said district
la� under the pr;ovisions of the Refunding Assessment Bond Act of.1935,
lsl as amended, and requesting the consent of this City Council to the
- ls re£anding of said indebtedness and to the levying of a reassessment �
17 therefor, under said Act; and , �
1 8 VIHEREAS, s certified copy of said resolution has been filed �
isl with this City Council; and �

, 21I lies partially within the incorporated limits of the Cities of
22 Compton, Long Beach, Lyn��rood and South Gate and partially within �
23,I unincorporated territory of said county, and �

25 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn�vood, �

� 2 � California, does hereby resolve and determine as follovis: �
