: :. FIXING A TIME AND PLACE FOR A HEAR-
ING ON, THE. REASSESSl'J'iENT FILED F'OR
TI� REFUNDING OF Th� INDEBTEDNESS
OF ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEPdENT
DISTRICT N0. 15 OF SAID CITY.
iNHEREAS, this City Council heretofore by resolu-
lution directed the City Engineer of the City of' Lynwood -
' to prepare a diagr.am of the property included within Ac-
�. quisition and Improvement District No. 15 of.the City of .
, Lynwood, and the Superintendent of Streets of the City of
Lynwood to make a reassessment for the refunding of the
indebtedness of said Dist'rict under the provisions of the
� Assessment Bond Refunding Act of 1933; as amended; and
NHEHr.AS, said diagram has been prepared and said
' reassessment has been made and filed with the Clerk of the .
City of Lynwood, who �is also the Clerk of this City Council:
