' � � . , r . . . .. . . � WI�REAS, this City Council on the 22nd day . of June, 1938, adopted.its Resolution�No. 1124 , and F , it is desirable that said resolution be amended: NOW, THERBFORE; IT•`IS HEREBX RESOLVED, DETER= NINED AND -0RDERED by the City Council of ,the City of Lynwood, California, as follows: . That said Resolution n'o. 1124 be and it is hereby amended by_adding thereto a new sectios to read . as follows: .. "Section 2. That the amounts of ad valorem --- ---------- ----assessments levied to_pay, the_pr3ncipal and interest of _ bonds.of said District paid under the ten.payment plan ' and placed in the interest and sinkin� fund of said Dis- . trict credited as assessments paid in the making � of the reassessment, and orily the unpaid balance of the. � ad valorem assessment,is to be cancelled; and the_offi- � cials of Los An�eles County mentioned in Section l.here- of are hereby directed to cancel only that portion of -� the ad valorem assessment which was not credited as an assessment paid in making the reassessment.
