of Acquisition and Smprovsment District No. 25 of the City of
•Lyntivood have offered to sel3 said bonds to the City of Lynwood
for certain prices stated•in said offers and s�id offers have
been accepted; •and � ' .
WHEREAS, said bonds have been deposited in escro�r;
with Security-First National Bank of Los Ar�geles and it is
, desi.rable to authorize the Treasurer,of the City of Lynwood �
. to'pay for said bonds and to receive and cancel the same;

SECTlON 1. That the acceptance of oi'f'ers of the �
following na�ied persons to sell bonds of Acquisition and Im-
provement District No. 25 to the City of I,yrivrood for the pur-
chase price hereinafter stated for each of said respective
persons be and they are hereby.reaffirmed and the said bonds
are hereby purchased in accordance with the terms of said
offers. The names of said persons and the amounts to be paid
to each thereof for the bonds described in said offers are

SECTION 2, That the City Treasurer of the City
of Lynwood is hereby authorized and:dire,cted.to paS* for-the .
said bonds in accordance with the terms oi' �aid,offers and
he is hereby authorized and directed to pay the said sums
�� for each of the respective persons to Seourity-First National
Bank of Los Angeles and said'Bank is hereby.authorized and
dirocted to pay to each of said reanective persons such sum
as is provided ir_ the escrov,r instructions nursuant'to which
said bonds have been deposited �vith said Bank.
SECTION 3. `Said `1'reasurer is hereby authorized
and directed, upon making payment for said bonds, to take de-
livery o£ said bonds and imr!ediately thereafter to cancel
said bonds and all interest coupons appurtenant tYiereto.
