ORDINANCE NO. / 393'
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE (J), (PARKING PROHIBITED),
SUBPARAGRAPH (A), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY THE
ADDITION OF PORTIONS OF OREGON STREET AND PIKE STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule J, (Parking
Prohibited), Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the addition of portions of Oregon Street and Pike Street, as follows:
Oregon Street: on the cast side thereof,between point being 130 feet and 285 feet south of the
south curb line of South Blvd.
• Oregon Street:on the west side thereof,from a point being 285 feet south of the south curb line
of South Blvd.to the Intersection with Pike Street.
Pike Street: on the north side thereof,from a point being 75 feet cast of the extended cast curb
line of Coplen Ct.to the Intersection with Oregon Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of Its passa a and approval.
