. RESOLUTIOPI OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA, ACGEPTING ASSIGNMENT OF
MORRISON BOND CO., LTD, TO CITIZENS
` NATIONAL TRUST & SAVINGS BAAIK OF LOS
ANGELES. �
VVf�REAS, by contracts made on June 22, 1938, •
reassessment's and�or.refunding bonds of Acquisition and
.
Improvement District No. 8 of the City of Lynwood, Acqui-
' sition and Improvement District No. �ll of the City'of
. Lynivood, and Acquisition and Improvement District No. 25
of the City_of.Lynwood, were..sold to Morrison Bond Co., Ltd.;
and
WHEREAS, said It4orrieon 3ond Co., Ltd. has assigned
the said contracts and the refunding bonds to be issued pur-
� suant thereto to Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of�
_ ._ .___
Los Aiigeles, a national banking association, and copies of
the respective assignrnants have been filed with the City �
Clerk and have been presented to this City Council at this
meeting: �
NOVY, THEREFORE, TEE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMIidE AND ORDER AS FOLLOVVS:
TYiat the said assignmerits of Morrison,Bond Go., Ltd,
eontracts for each of said respective Districts be and they
are hereby accepted and approved, and this City Council
agrees that the same will be honored, and authorizes and di-
rects the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, the City Treas-,_.,,
urer thereol', and the Superintendent of Streets thereof, to
make the deliveries of the refunding bonds and the payments
of cash, if any, as contemplated in the respective assign-
- ments.
- ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED, this 2nd day of
" August, 1938.
