RESOEUTIOid OF THE CITY OF LYI�NOOD, •
CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING ATTORNEYS TO
BRING LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.
L"dHER�AS, in the proceedings for tHe refunding
of the indebtedness of Acquisition and Improvement Distr,icts,
� IQos. 6, 8, 10, 19 and 25 of the City of Lynrovood under the
Assessment Bond Refunding Act of 1933, as amended, certain
reassessments were levied pursuant to law upon the lands
of Lynwood School llistrict lyirig ti^rithin said respective
,Acquisition and Improvement Districts; and.
VJFIEREP.S, the Board of Trustees of Bynwood School V
•District has up to this time failed and refused to pay, sai.d
reassessments or any of them:

Section 1.. That 0'Melveny, Tuller & PRyers be
and they are hereby directed to bring mandamus,.or such
other legal ac,tions or proceedings as they may deem proper,
against said School District, the Board of Trustees V
and/or the Members of said Board of Trustees, for the
purpose of compelling the payment of the said reassessments '
levied upon the land o£ said Lynwood School.District., and
said attorneys are hereby authorized ar.d directed to make

�. �Section 2. That the compensation of said attor-
, " neys for the said services in the Superior Court shall not
exceed the sum of five=hizndred dollars ($:.500.00) and it
is understood that the services shall be pro rated so that
as nearly as can be det'ermined•ther�serv'ices of said.attor-
neys in enforcing payment of tne reassessments for Acqizi-
sition and Improdement:Districts; Nos.. 6�and 10'shall,be
viithout compensation, but that the receive
reasonable compensation.for'.their_services in enforcing
payment of the reassessrzents levied for Acquisition and •
Improvement Districts Nos. 8, 19 and 25.
