WHEREAS, under the proviaions of the Assessment
Bond Re�ndi,ng Act of 1933, as amended, this C'ity Council
adopted Resolution o£ Interition No. 1109 on the llth day �
' of January, 1938, providing for the refundin� of the in- .
debtedness of Acquisition_and Improvement District No. 24 .
', , of the City of Lynwood under the provisions of said Act;

WHEREAS, it appears that notice of the hearing

said resolution was duly filed with the City Clerk of the

o£ intention in this refunding proceeding. That said
resolution of intentiori, being Resolution No. 1109, was
duly adopted and contains all the matters and things
required by law and is in every respect regular and suf-
