RESOLUTION DIi3ECTING NOTICE TO BE
" ` GSVEN OF RECORDATION OF REASSESS-
° . MENT AND REQTJESTING CAPdCELLATION �
OF UNPAID SPECIAL ASSF�SSPd�NT TAXES.
, WHEREAS, proceedings have been takeri by this .
� City Council under the provi.sions of the Assessment Bond
�Retlznding Act of 1933, as ainended, for the rei'unding of
the indebtedness of Acquisition.and I�provement District
� - No. 24 of the City of Lynwood, California; and
W�REAS, at this meeting held on September 13,
1938, the reassessment in-the refunding proceeding was
confirmed and recordation thereof ordered;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE:CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNN100D, CALIFORNIA, DOES.HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLIAWS:' _ � - �

Sectiori 1.'That i�nediately upon�the recordation �
of the reassessment in said the Dity Clerk of

the City of Lynwood and the Superintendent of Streets of
�� said City shall notif�* the Board of Supervisors of Los
Angeles County, the Auditor of said Count�*, and the Tax �
_ Collector,of said County, that the bonds of said Acquisi-
tion and Improvement District No. 24 have been refunded �
and that the unpaid special assessment tax_es leviecl to pay
principal and interest oP said bonds, and all penalties�and ,

interest thereon, are cancelled and anriulled, and said Board
of Supervisors, said Auditor and Tax Collector are hereby
' requested, upon receipt of such notice from the'City Clerk
and Superintendent of Streets, to proceed to make the neces-
sary entries showing the cancellation of said special assess-
ment taxes, penalties and interest. •
- Section 2, That the amounts oP ad valorem assess-
ments levied to pay the principal and interest of bonds of
said District paid under the ten-payment plan and placed in
the Interest and Sinking Fund of said District were credited
as assessments paid in the making of the 'reassessment and
only the unpaid balance of the ad valorom assessment is to
be cancelled, and the officials of Los Angeles County men- ,
, tioned in Sectien 1 hereof"are hereby directed to
on13r that portion of the ad valorem assessment which was not
credited as an assessment paid in making the reassessment.

under the ten-payment plan and credited upon the reassessment,
as hereinbefore stated, Por the respective parcels of prop-
erty, and the account numbers therefor, are as follows, to
