RESOLUTION DIRECIING REVISION, CORRECTION
AND MODIFICATION OF ^lI� REASSESSMENT FILED
IN THE R�FUNDING OF THE INDEBTEDNESS OF �
ACQIIISITION AND IMPROVE�IENT DISTRICT N0. 15
OF 1^HE CITY OF LYNVVOOD, CALIFORNIA.
NJI�REAS, pursuant to the nrovisions of the .
� Assossment IIond Refunding Act o�' 1933, as amended, pro-
ceedings for the re£undino of the indebtedness of Acqui-
. ' sition and Improvement Distriot No. 15 of the City of
Lynwood are beir� conducted by this City Council; and �
' WHEREAS, this is the and place fixed for
the continued hearir� on the reassessment filed ��ith the
City Clerk, and no objections or protosts have been filed
or made; and
'. 1�HEREAS, this City Council has examined and

considered such reassessment and is of the opinion that
a charige, ravision, correction and modification of said
reassessment ia desirable:
" NOW, 'I'FIEREF'ORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF T:3E CITY OF
LYNWOOD DOES ?�REBY RESOL�TE, D�T�RMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1 . That Reassessment No. 106 shall be
revised and corrected by changing the.amount of the ro-
sssessment from �369.34 to �76.62, and the reassessment
roll shall be corrocted accordindly. •
That Reassessment No. 88 shall be
revised and corrected by changin(� the amount of' the re-
assessment from �0.02 to �9.02, and�the reassessment roll
shall be corrected accordingly.
The Superintendent of Streets is heneby directed
and ordered to revise and correct said reassessment roll as
provided in this section.
