RESOLUTION DIRyCTING NOTICE TO BE
GIVEN OF' RECORDATION OF REASSESS-
M�N`P AND RE�U�'STING CANCEL'LATION
OF UNPAID SPECIAI: ASSESSnTNT TAXES.
'NHEREAS, proceedings have been tal�en by this
City Council urider the provisions of the Assessment Bond
Refundino Act of 1933, as ar,iended,,for the refunding of
the indebtedriess of Acquisition and Improvement District
No. 15 of the City of Lynwood, California; and
VJFIEREAS, a t this meeting held on Septemb�r 29,
1938, the reassessment in the r2funding proceeding was
confirmed and recorda�ion thereof ordered:

of the reassessment_in said proceeding the City Clerk of �
the City of. Lynwood.,and,.the Superintendent of Streets of •
said'City shall notify the Board of Supervisors of Los
Angeles County, the Auditor of said County, and the Tax
Collector of said County, that the bonds of said Acquisition
and Improvement District No. 15 have been re£unded and that
the unpaid special.assessment taxes levied` to pay princi= `� �
pal and interest of said bonds, and all nenalties and in-
terest thereon, 'are cancelled and annulled, and said Board
of Supervisors, said Auditor and Tax Collector are hereby
requested, upon receipt of such notice from the City Clerk
and Superintendent of Streets, to proceed to make the neces-
sary entrios shotiving the cancellation of said special assess-
ment taxes, penalties and interest.
Section 2. That the amounts of ad valorem assess-
ments levied to pay the principal and interest of bonds of •
said District paid under the ten-payment plan and placed.in
the Interest and Sinkir� b'und of said District were cradited
as assessmenta paid in the making of the reassessment and .
only the unpaid balance;.of�.the ad�valorem assessment is to
- .be' oancelled', and the rofficials' Los"An�elos County men-
` tioried'in Section l hereof are hereby directed to,cancel only •
that portion of the ad valorem which was not cred-
ited as an assessment paid in making the reassessment.
