CounciS`of the City of Lynwood, by evidence offered in

there exiets dr,y and drying weeds'which dry and,drying grass
on such Lots caus.ed great damages to;houses and structures '

by the City Council of the City of Lynwood, that the exist-
ence of dry and drying weeds on each of said lots to be a
puolic nuisance, and it is hereby order that such nuisances
be abated under the terms of that certain Act of the Legis-
lature of the State of CaliPornia above mentioned, as anen-
ded, and the Street Superintendent of the City of Lyr�wood
is directed to cause notices to be given and poated which
are necessary to be given and posted as required by said
Act, and this Council hereby fixes the 2nd day of �af, 1939,
at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at the Council Chamber of the Council
of said City located at 11331 Plaza Street in said City of
Lyn�aood, as the time and place of hearing all proteste to
the abatement of said nuisancea which may be made in the
