AUTHORIZING REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ'S) FOR
VARIOUS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE 2008 CALENDAR
YEAR
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is desirous of soliciting for Requests for
Qualifications for the 2008 Calendar Year; and
WHEREAS, RFQ'S will be solicited pursuant to a fair and open process in
accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A -20.5; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Municipal Clerk is hereby
authorized to advertise for Requests for Qualifications (RFQ'S) for professional
services for the 2008 Calendar Year.
Adopted this 6 day of December 2007
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 7 2007.
